Buying a Smartphone can be quite a confusing task especially if you have a budget limit. However it need not feel like you are asking for the Moon on a shoe string budget. Making a wise choice while keeping in mind your expectations in terms of features, you can get a decent Smartphone within your budget. I have done this Smartphone review and comparison especially for new buyers who want to cut through all the technical language and pick the right mobile suitable for their use.

1.Oneplus X (Onyx 16 GB) Smartphone

OnePlus X Smartphone
This Smartphone wins full marks for a Classy Look enhanced by a stainless steel body, a 5-inch AMOLED display screen. It has a screen density of 401 OnePlus X Smartphone front viewPPI which though not as much as premium Smartphone Brands is still pretty decent which means the visual experience is not bad.

It comes with a 13MP rear camaera and a 8 MP front Camera for better picture quality. The Operating System is Lollipop OnePlus X Smartphone side viewbased with a Qualcom Snapdragon 2.3 GHz Quad Core Processor which is fast enough. The 3GB RAM is especially important so that you don’t have to keep deleting stuff and  all your apps work properly.

The Lithium powered 2525 mAh Battery gives extended usage before needing to recharge. Dual Sim with nano sim facility is standard and the company offers 1 Year Warranty for device and Battery and 6 Months Warranty for accessories.

Users have reported a high level of satisfaction with the Oneplus X due to its beautiful design, slimness and ease of use. The AMOLED Screen is also a hit because it renders the bright and darker colours with clarity. Sound quality and Camera are also passable though the Video quality make be disappointing in the Rear Camera.
3GB RAM ensures that multitasking is smooth and you can play your favorite games as long as you like for the battery life is pretty decent too though the phone has a tendency to heat up. There was an issue with the SD Card detection but it has since been solved.

The Oneplus X is available in Black Color, though if you are ready to shell out extra you will definitely fall in love with the Ceramic and Champagne colors too.

All in all a good value for your money despite several minor flaws that the company has promised to rectify in the next update!

2.Asus Zenphone Max ZC550KL Smartphone

This Asus model has a mammoth 5000mAh Lithium Polymer battery to power you smartphone non-stop. Yu can use it without charging  like practically forever. It runs on Lollipop v5 OS and a Snapdragon 401 processor which could have been higher. But the 13MP/5MP cameras and the sound quality of the Zenphone Max are mind blowing. It comes with a 5.5″ touchscreen which is both responsive and smooth

It comes in 2 colors Black and White and the design is quite appealing, with 2 GB RAM and 16GB  internal memory but you can upgrade upto 64 GB. Asus Zenfone Smartphone incline viewIt supports OTG, offers dual sim and has no heating issues whatsoever.

The price tag is another reason why this Smartphone is so popular among budget buyers. An ideal phone for gaming, multi-tasking and taking photosAsus Zenfone Smartphone incline view though outdoors the Camera does not perform as well as indoors. Due to the battery the phone is heavier than some of its peers but well within tolerable range, the only disadvantage is that the battery cannot be changed by the user and that the charger is very weak at only 1A/5V so it takes up to 5 hours to charge 100%..
It comes with a lot of pre-loaded apps which are a source of irritation for users of the Asus Zenphone Max Smartphone. It has an easy interface and with the great sound quality that this smartphone offers you may overlook the fact that a headphone is not included in the list of accessories. It comes with the standard one year Manfacturer Warranty

But all in all a good value for your money in the Rs 10K price bracket!

3.Moto G 3rd Generation Smartphone

This Smartphone is Water Resistant and can withstand up to 30 minutes underwater which is its main USP! The 16GB internal memory expandable upto 32GB  and 2GB RAM is another asset though the Snapdragon 410 processor is a bit outdated but in a phone with limited features this does notdrain the battery.

The 13MP Rear camera is passable except in low light conditions and moving pictures may appear a bit blurry due to poor image stabilization. The Moto G3 Smartphone front viewphone has an easy grippable texture though some people may be put off by the plastic body. The screen Moto G3 Smartphone back viewdensity of 294 PPI is dismal but then again it is a trade off on the battery usage which is quite admirable. But bear in mind the battery cannot be changed by user.
The sound quality is pretty good and the round-edged curves give the phone an aesthetic appeal. You can upgrade to Marshmallows and Motorola  offers some customized covers too. There is dual-sim facility and OTG USB is also enabled and the company also throws in some pre installed apps which you may decide to  keep or not . You can choose from either of the Black and White color options. This is not a fully loaded feature rich phone but given the reasonable price bracket around 10K it is a wise purchase if it matches your needs.

4.Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Smartphone

5. Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Smartphone

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Smartphone

If you want to possess a Smartphone for its beauty and superior features you should not hesitate and straightaway order the Xiomi Redmi Note 3, that Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Smartphone front viewis if its available since they only do flash sales.  At 5.5 inches this Smartphone is all screen and the density is pretty cool as well so Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Smartphone back viewthe rich visuals are going to be a treat for its new owners. There is no Gorrilla glass protection of any kind so users will need to come up with something on their own.

Not only that it packs a punch with the Snapdragon 650 hexa-core processor, 2GB/3GB RAM and an internal memory of
16GB expandable upto 32 GB. However let me warn you that the 3GB/32GB variant is difficult to get your hands on.
If you don’t mind the fact that the phone heats up on prolonged use, the battery life is very good and the fingerprint scanner, chip level security encryption  and auto call recording features can prove to be pretty useful.

Dual Sim with hybrid slot for 2nd Sim and SD Card, the 16MP/5MP Rear and Front Cameras are passable in quality though the audio quality definitely has room for improvement and the location of the speaker on the back could have something to do with that.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Smartphone incline viewThis is a Made in India phone and as said earlier the processor is especially for Indian Markets more powerful than the previously used MediaTek in earlier Redmi models. The Gold Color Model is stunning but you can choose from other colors as well.

The Adreno 510 Graphics processor supports a satisfying  Gaming experience and the MIUI User Interface is neat and classy, almost  eliminating the need for third party apps. However the after sales service is what has
frustrated most customers of this brand. Though not all phones need to be taken to a service center, the company should spruce up the infrastructure guidelines for repair, replace and update services and reduce the amount of
difficulty faced by clients.

Finally you wont believe the price tag the company has attached to this Bundle of Joy.
